Our Printer Recommendations for Thermal Labels

While we are not equipment suppliers, we are pleased to share some of the recommended Zebra printers that have received positive feedback from users.

Please keep in mind that it's crucial to verify the equipment specifications against your current and future needs before making a purchase.

Under 500 labels/day:

Zebra ZD421D – Direct Thermal desktop printer, no ribbon required, less expensive

Zebra ZD621D – More horsepower than 421, direct thermal desktop, no ribbon required

RiseClean Label - Shop 1" Core Rolls Labels for under 500 labels/day (ZD421 and ZD621)

Over 500 labels/day:

Zebra ZT230 – Direct thermal and thermal transfer industrial printer

Zebra ZT411 - Direct thermal and thermal transfer industrial printer

Need to Know for Labeling:

RiseClean labels are printed using direct thermal printing (no ribbons needed!).

You can purchase Zebra printers from many online stores. Please use your best judgement when purchasing from other suppliers.

Store your labels in climate-controlled environment, such as an office space.

Purchase labels in quantities up to 6-9 months supply. Do not exceed a 12 months supply in order to ensure product quality.

Ensure proper application of label by making sure all corners of the label are firmly down on the wood part.

We can and will produce any label size you need if you don't see your size in our online store. If you don't know what size you need, consider our most popular 4”x2” and discuss with your team.
